But for how long will we do this?
They keep deceiving us while we wait in dread.
They say the youth are the leaders of tomorrow, but still, they take all the chances to lead away.
Their evil deeds lay waste to many lives.
We will protect you, they say.. But by reducing our population.
By punishing us with our pursuit of happiness.
The streets is drunk with the blood of homo sapiens,
The courts drench of odours of perverted vengeance..
But for how long???
As soon as we think we've seen a saviour, the saint turns rogue, smearing the personality of other saints.
And then, in our state of gloominess, another demon appears to give us a little consolation, and we smile again.. How foolish we are!
But whose fault is it?
We burnt down our huts with the remains of our cigarette.
We flooded our house with the water fetched in greed.
When our nonchalance eats us up like a termite feasts on a wet wood.
When we decide its just our life and it's YOLO!
BUT WHEN IT COMES BACK ON US AND TURNS TO REGRET.
Don't say people didn't warn you enough.
Cos they never loved us!
Everything is a piece of their puzzle all along.
And until we all stand and Say NO...
May you be punished if you complain.
